Collectivism

With all the news about nationalism around the world, Italy, Poland, Hungary, USA, China, Japan, there is a strong sentiment with the Millennial generation of collectivism. They feel the need to be part of a group. Most college students are not interested in individualism but identifying themselves in popular culture.

Roman Religion

Christianity conquered Rome because it had no moral compass. But the Romans were very religious and ritualistic.
Looking at Rome before Christianity came in, Rome was a sacrificial society. There were various deities that they were to sacrifice to, on certain days and times and specific instructions on how to sacrifice. It was not about ethics or morality.

The Gay "Christian"

Homosexuals are deceived if they think they find in Scripture that their lifestyle is okay with God, and that they cannot change. This list of sins (which encompass most, if not all, of the Ten Commandments) makes it clear who will not be included in the kingdom of God. However, Paul says to those who are now believers, “And such were some of you” (v. 11). No matter what their sins, God can wash sinners clean and make them righteous in His sight.
