Alister McGrath - Atheist Turned Christian... Kinda



This is a prime example of the delusion of man's own theories mixing into the scripture. For example, squeezing the evolutionary process between Genesis 1:1 and 1:2. This throws off the whole Genesis 1-11 account as the whole Bible's foundation. These are two conflicting philosophies. If the 6-day creation is not taken seriously and literally then we come up with a false faith. This is a deconstruction of the Bible that would make it a contradiction to its own doctrine. Greg Koukl said, "Creation has a purpose, a goal. Evolution is accidental, like a straight flush dealt to a poker rookie." The idea that something is designed by chance is contradictory.
