Oprah Wouldn't Like This Church

Oprah Denies Christ ... and she calls herself a Baptist!

A Response to The Question: What about all those who have not heard the Gospel?

Oprah is wrong!

He will judge the world in righteousness and the peoples with equity.
Psalms 98:9

All a man's ways seem innocent to him, but motives are weighed by the LORD.
Proverbs 16:2

And the dead were judged according to their works, by the things which were written in the books.
Revelation 20:12

Notice that we are accountable for how we live our lives--what thoughts, actions, and the consequences of who we are that make it out in history. We are not judged by whether we heard the gospel or not.

He has redeemed us to God by His blood out of every tribe and tongue and people and nation.
Revelation 5:9

For I know of nothing against myself, yet I am not justified by this; but He who judges me is the Lord.
1 Corinthians 4:4

And for those who cannot mentally hear like the mentally retarded, and the babies? I would refer you to John MacArthur's message.

Do not be deceived by the leaders of the world, for God will make fools of the wise and elite (1 Cor 3:19). But be like little children and believe with all your heart and strength, for the heart of a child is most cherished by the Lord (Matt 18:3). I'm not asking you to check your intelligence at the door, (Prov 14:18) but to deny yourselves and take up the cross. (Luke 9:23)

Read 1 Corinthians 1:18-31.
